Lexcel Qualification
After many months of hard work by Michael Brooks and the "steering committee"
of Vickie Lennard, Anne Slade and Sarah Shepherd, Brooks have been awarded
the nationally recognised Law Society Quality Mark "Lexcel". Brooks now join
a select group of firms in Surrey entitled to display the Lexcel logo on their
letterhead and promotional literature. The accreditation covers all aspects of
practice management and indicates that firms deliver excellent Client care and
consistently high quality service.
Commenting on receiving the award, Michael Brooks said "Having come from a
top City practice in London it was my aim to establish a highly efficient
law firm here in Frimley. Having to undergo this rigorous independent
inspection process was part of that vision." The firm's commitment to
quality service has been recognised not only through the award of Lexcel
but also by retaining the Investor in People (IiP) award for a further
three years.
Brooks will not stop here but, on the contrary, will continue to strive for
excellence in all spheres of its practice in order to provide ongoing
benefit and support for its people and, most importantly , for its Clients.
