Shared ownership homes offer a low cost way to get on the home
ownership ladder by making housing affordable.
The Government offer and support a range of shared ownership
housing schemes which are usually managed locally by Housing
Associations or their appointed agents. The system makes home
ownership more affordable because you can part buy and part rent
your home.
Although this is an ideal way to start out in the property
market the transaction is generally more complex than a normal
house purchase and good independent advice is vital. We have
