Ian Temple has been head
of the Commercial Department for many years and will be celebrating 20 years
with Brooks and Partners in 2008 having joined the firm from London in the
late 1980’s.
His specialty is the
acquisition and sale of development land and land earmarked for potential
development and has nearly 20 years experience in setting up Building
Estates and Estate Schemes together with property financing and loan
security work.
Ian spends some of his
spare time off-road biking and periodically gets involved in clay pigeon
shooting with various clients and colleagues. A keen fan of motor sport, he
has driven a single seater racing car around the Brands Hatch Club Circuit
but hastens to add that despite a modest “Action Man” image, one thing is
for sure, we will never get him anywhere near a football pitch! Ian says he
still has something of a “hankering” for Motor Bikes and models himself on
Steve Mc Queen!
Ian’s claim to fame is
acting for a large number of the same business clients for over 30 years. |
