Louisa graduated with a
BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Royal Holloway University of London in 1997
before attending the College of Law (Guildford) and completing the
Post-Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.
Louisa joined Brooks and
Partners Solicitors, where she completed her Training Contract before
qualification as a Solicitor. She works in the Firm’s Private Client
Department and specialises in Wills, Trusts, Probate & Estate
Administration, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Property Law. “Private Client
work affords me a great opportunity to not only engage with people at what
can be some very emotional times in their lives but also to gain a real
sense of accomplishment in working through the experience with them by
providing both legal and emotional support.”
Whilst currently
studying for further academic accreditation in STEP (The Society of Trust
and Estate Practitioners), Louisa is also a member of Solicitors for the
Elderly and the Law Society Probate Section.
Louisa enjoys visiting
the gym, dancing and swimming – although not usually all in one day! Egypt
is her favourite destination, but having now seen many countries of the
Middle East, she intends to explore South America, where she may practice
Salsa dancing and learn how to mix cocktails. |
