Sarah graduated from the
University of London in 1999 with a BA in English Literature. Having decided
to embark upon a career in the Legal Profession she then completed a Law
Conversion at the College of Law Guildford and attained a distinction on the
Legal Practice Course.
Sarah joined Brooks and
Partners in 2004 and after completion of her Training Contract qualified as
a Solicitor in the Commercial Department. Sarah specialises in Commercial
Property work including acquisitions and development, Option Agreements and
Planning Agreements as well as Commercial Leases and business purchases:
“The highlight of being a Commercial Lawyer is the variety and constant
challenges this type of work presents. It is very satisfying to see a
project through to Completion particularly when there is a tangible product
at the end as in development work.”
Outside the office Sarah
is a keen motor sports fan and being half Canadian loves all winter sports
including skiing and ice hockey. Sarah also enjoys going to the gym (often
with Louisa from the private client department which provides motivation)! |
