Iehsana Bakth


Iehsana joined Brooks & Partners in February 2018 as a paralegal in the Residential Property department and assists with all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Iehsana graduated with a Law degree from Surrey University and a masters in Entertainment Law from University of Westminster, then going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Guildford and gained legal experience working for West End & City law firms in London. She recently has been working for a Legal 500 firm in Surrey for 2.6 years working in Residential & Commercial Property work.

She has assisted on a variety of property transactions on behalf of high net worth clients including the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties, option agreements, extensions of leases, Re-mortgages, probate sales, dealing with employee relocation schemes for well-known FTSE 100 companies. Assisting Expats with purchasing properties/ remortgages. Dealing with property litigation involving bankruptcy. Assisting on a £15m acquisition deal on behalf of the buyers. Working in house for one of the largest consumer review websites, drafting terms & conditions and advising on a variety of consumer disputes.

Outside of work Iehsana enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves to travel abroad to explore other cultures. She is also interested in fashion, film and trying out the latest restaurants. Iehsana is CQS qualified and also a member of the Law Society Junior Lawyers Division.
