Peter joined Brooks & Partners in 2015 to meet growing demand from its corporate and individual clients for expert employment law services.
Peter is working alongside Kate Middleton as a senior consultant solicitor. He has extensive experience advising and defending commercial and not-for-profit organisations, including multi-national to owner-run businesses, as well as supporting senior executives and individuals with employment relationship and conflict advice and tribunal claims, including discrimination and whistleblowing cases.
Peter qualified in 2007 and bases his pragmatic and commercial advice on a successful and varied career in media and music production, marketing and PR and charity management. Peter also gained invaluable employment law experience with the British Medical Association and at the historic Toynbee Hall Free Legal Advice Centre in Whitechapel and while working in-house at a multi-national financial services organisation.
Peter is a dedicated specialist employment lawyer, having trained and worked with a leading employment law specialist practice and with several years as a senior associate with two of the South East’s leading employment law teams.
His interests include chairmanship of a Surrey sport association, running, cooking and supporting his wife’s international sporting exploits… and digging and strimming the family allotment!
Peter is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Law Society and regularly presents on employment law issues at seminars and training events.
