After working for over ten years as a senior estate agent, Simon made a career change to join Brooks and Partners as a conveyancing specialist in 1996 and worked hard to gain qualifications in property law. Sixteen years on Simon now runs the busy Residential Conveyancing Department. Having had years of experience being on ‘both sides of the fence’, Simon can truly say that he understands every aspect of a property transaction.
When at home, Simon is very much a family man and is kept busy by his five demanding boys. He finds the stresses and activities at work a welcome break from those at home! Whilst running around after his boys keeps him relatively fit, Simon is also a keen skier and golfer and regularly visits the gym.
Simon says that one of his greatest achievements was passing his exams and when asked what he would like to do before he dies he answered immediately “retire”!
