Examination of Electronic Devices

The High Court has made an order requiring a former managing director to make his personal electronic devices available for inspection to see whether he had kept a list of confidential company business contacts.

The order was appropriate as he refused to admit that he had taken the list until the company found that he had after examining his e-mails.
