RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER REQUIRED

We are seeking to recruit a qualified Residential Property Lawyer to work with our CQS accredited department.  The successful candidate will join a very busy department and the role will involve the full range of residential conveyancing matters assisting and providing full support to the head of department.  The successful candidate will have relevant residential property experience gained in private practice and this will include experience of dealing with new build transactions, leasehold work and part/shared ownership.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working closely with Estate Agents and other referrers and have excellent inter personnel skills.

EXPERIENCED WILLS & PROBATE SOLICITOR REQUIRED

We have a vacancy for an experienced Solicitor to work in our Wills, Trusts & Probate department on a full time/flexible basis.  The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 4 years PQE and will be experienced in all aspects of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Tax matters (but not limited to these areas).  STEP and SFE qualifications are preferred but not essential.

We have a vacancy for an experienced Solicitor to head up and further develop our Wills, Trusts & Probate department.  The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 6 years PQE and will be experienced in all aspects of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Tax matters (but not limited to these areas).  STEP and SFE qualifications also required.  Just as important the successful candidate will have a proven record in business development and be IT efficient.  

This is a serious career development role and will involve management of the existing case load and taking the lead role in promoting the department (and therefore the firm) with a view to securing new business.
